Ages 6-16 - Painting Workshop Series ? Week 1 Saturday, November 1, 2025 - 11 AM - 1:30 PM We are hosting a FREE painting workshop series throughout November that takes our connecting events to the next level! Every Saturday (4) from November 1st-22nd, from 11:00am-1:30pm, we will be learning acrylic painting techniques from a talented artist, Adelina Gonzales, as well as playing games, doing crafts, and getting outside (weather permitting). The purpose of these workshops is to learn a new skill, use art to express yourself, and be a part of an awesome community of youth who have experienced foster care and/or other out of home placements. All participants will receive take home art supplies as well. This free drop-off workshop series will be held at the Village Workspace and Event Center (7173 S Havana St #600, Centennial) and is for children and youth ages 6-16, lunch will be provided. Although this event series is not sibling-specific, we encourage sibling groups to sign up (10 spots are reserved for siblings). Transportation assistance is available if needed. December Connecting Event - Centennial - Holiday Party! Saturday, December 13, 2025 - 12 PM - 3 PM Our December Connecting Event - Holiday Party will be held at the Village Workspace in Centennial (7173 S Havana St #100, Centennial). We will have cookie decorating, crafts, games, and a silent disco! We are meeting in the yoga room at the Village on Saturday, December 13th from 12:00pm-3:00pm. This free drop-off event is for children and youth impacted by foster care, ages 5-18, Lunch will be provided.?
